TOGETHER AGAINST BREAST CANCER

This year we are supporting Brustkrebs Deutschland e.V. . ‘Diagnosis breast cancer - prognosis life!’ is the motto of the non-profit organisation. With a wide range of support and counselling services, it is there for those affected and their relatives, but also for doctors.

We have a lot more powerful women in our industry than we often realise! Every day, countless women drive the bulk materials and recycling industry forward and we are certain that the proportion will continue to rise.
Men can also be affected by breast cancer. And the numbers are rising.
Behind every man there is usually a female supporter – be it a partner, daughters, mothers, friends, mentors or colleagues. Unfortunately, this also means that there are more points of contact than expected or desired.
Messe Dortmund opens its doors on 9 and 10 October. At the same time, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
The earlier breast cancer is detected, the fewer interventions may be necessary and the greater the chances of recovery. Education, prevention and early detection are therefore the be-all and end-all.

Do YOU also want to support Breast Cancer Germany?

We are happy about every contribution, no matter how small, which will benefit Breast Cancer Germany e. V. 100%. Our fundraising campaign remains open! With a donation of just €10, information flyers can be sent to a patient. With a donation of €25, you can support, for example, the dispatch of a feel-good parcel with information material and small items to those affected. A contribution of €50 can be used to produce a video interview on current treatment options, for example. So you see – every donation makes a difference!
