SEAL technology for clean valve bag filling
In the SEAL process, a sleeve in the specially designed filling spout inflates at the beginning of the filling process and seals the valve bag so that no bulk material can escape. After dust-free filling, the bag valve is ultrasonically welded shut.
The compact and fully closed bag provides a clean working environment and improved health for all employees at the plant and throughout the logistics chain and for end customers as well. Clean filling increases process reliability and reduces wear and tear and production downtime that arises due to cleaning, maintenance and repair works.
