PEA 1000

The PEA 1000 automatic sampler automatically takes samples from free-flowing bulk materials. It is installed at the belt outlet or at a transfer point of conveyor belts. The sample is collected by a tray that moves into the falling material. The bulk material remaining on the tray is stripped off when it is pulled back and falls into a hermetically self-sealing container. The sample quantity can also be automatically filled into individual interchangeable containers.
The tray is designed for a maximum load of 1.5 t. The system is designed for 24/7 operation, with an availability of over 97%.
