Barl free-flow flap are used as sealing flaps underneath bins or inside pipelines and ductwork. When open, the entire inside diameter of the valve opening can be utilised without hindrance.

Free-flow flap valves are used for the complete and residue-free emptying of bins and containers. They operate with short opening and closing cycles.
The free-flap valves are pressure-tight, standard design: < 0.5 bar and product-tight to the outside. In the design with flexible flap seal, heatproof to max. 200° C, the valves are pressure-tight and product-tight to 0.2 bar in the gate area. Adjustable stuffing boxes are as standard as the outside bearing. The cleaning covers integrated as a standard feature ensure quick and easy cleaning. A special design which is pressure surge resistant to the outside is also available.
