DOUBLE SHAFT SHREDDER TX1600

The TX1600 double-shaft shredder is designed for the treatment of end-of-life tires: car, truck (with or without bead), pre-cut earth-moving; the machine is characterized by a system that allows a clean cut of the tire which, reduced in sizes ranging from 50 to 80 mm, is a perfect product for the production of TDF as waste fuel, then in WTE (Waste to Energy) applications.
The clean cut allows to overcome the problem of fraying of the steel contained in the tire rubber, a careful and effective solution that allows to increase productivity while containing management costs.
