BLUELINE is a dynamically reconfigurable processing system with a modular design. The arrangement of the container-based processing machines (modules) is individually adapted to the required beneficiation process. An extensive range of products, which covers almost all established process steps in dry mechanical and physical waste processing, can be used – everything from a single source and coordinated with one another.
The decentralized IT-based control takes place wirelessly using a tablet. This completely new type of system control enables the user to have reproducible processing successes for a wide variety of material flows. Machine parameters that have become established for a treatment process are available at any time and are set fully automatically by the system – depending on which material flow is currently being processed.
In addition to the intelligent control, BLUELINE also includes the complete conveying and dosing technology.
