Automatic small quantity dosing

The Mico – Dosing – System developed by Sacchi enables the automatic, gram-accurate weighing of small and micro components such as pigments, dyes, flavors, additives, active ingredients and numerous other small quantities. It improves product safety while increasing efficiency in production by minimizing manual work steps.
The system is used in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and plastics industries.
Especially in areas with high requirements for hygiene, batch purity and product separation, the Sacchi dosing system allows compliance with strict industry-specific regulations and regulations.
The product is removed by means of a robot that reacts to the slightest touch and therefore does not require an enclosure. The products are removed with a specially developed shovel integrated into the robot and dosed precisely.
To avoid product mixing and to comply with hygiene requirements, each container to be emptied has its own product-specific scoop that the robot picks up and uses.
A second robot provides the removal points or crates to be emptied.
When the crates are fed via a conveyor belt, an almost unlimited number of crates can be provided, which the robot then removes and positions for removal. The system is patent pending.
