HERZA Schokolade GmbH & Co. Infastaub GmbH from Bad Homburg v.d.H. can make a small contribution to the high quality of the products.
In a preliminary process in the production of chocolate or energy bars, various toppers such as crispies or flakes are added. This creates dust.
The dust extraction system from Infastaub GmbH efficiently ensures that this dust does not escape into the ambient air.
In addition to avoiding dust, it was important for HERZA that the system could operate quietly in this environment. This was ensured by silencers and the encapsulated fan, which achieves an output of 3,600 m³/h.
The extraction system supplied and implemented by Infastaub in 2023 is equipped with a frequency converter, which means that the suction power can be easily adjusted when changing products.
The system is located in the production room and is regularly cleaned with washing liquid, which is why the entire system is made of stainless steel.
In addition, the system allows recirculation operation thanks to the integrated post-filter stage.
