Your tasks:
• Welding support for our production and our customers
• Management and further development of the production processes
• Creation of welding plans and instructions
• Control and monitoring of the welding processes
• Welding supervision of welders and welding procedures
• Ensuring the necessary QA standards in compliance with the specified norms and regulations
• Creation of structured documentation for our customers and employees
Our requirements:
• Successful qualification as a mechanical engineer with additional training as a European welding engineer EWE
• Technically versed through relevant professional experience and additional qualifications visual inspection (VT) level 1 and 2 according to DIN EN ISO 9712
• Additional qualification in magnetic particle testing (MT) level 1 and 2 according to DIN EN ISO 9712
• Knowledge of welding rail vehicles and vehicle parts according to EN 15085-2 and experience with the same
• Willingness to take on responsibility
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
