The BC-M coating has a high hardness of 850-1180 HV or very high wear resistance due to the chromium-tungsten carbide and has a high corrosion resistance due to the nickel-based solder matrix.
The coating surface and the layer thickness can be specifically designed according to the direction of wear and the intensity of the stress.
