Your tasks:
•Personnel management of employees in the design department
•Reviewing incoming processing orders and delegating them to employees for technical processing
•Technical advice and guidance of designers when processing orders
•Clarification of technical discrepancies with sales staff and customers
•Checking and approving dimension sheets for customer approval
•Supporting sales
•Coordination of deviations from the standard program with sales staff from the office and field / processing and preliminary calculation of special solutions
•Strength calculations of filter housings
•Processing of technical Complaints (in-house and on-site)
•Supplier discussions – mostly with purchasing (in-house or with suppliers)
•Project management for large orders
•Creation of quality and inspection plans (QIP)
•Monitoring compliance with QIPs Contact person for customers
Your profile:
•You have an engineering degree in mechanical engineering, air conditioning technology, process engineering, or similar
•You are confident in using CAD software/MS Office
•Ideally, you have experience in exhaust air purification and filter technology or in the field of mechanical and plant engineering or process/environmental engineering
•You have experience in leading a team and in project management
