The complete Scrap Metal Cleaning Plant SMCP MAX includes the infeed hopper 10-15 cbm with a Vibratory Feeding Table TCV delivering to the very special interVIB Scrap Metal Vibratory Screen VSL, including special 3D-screening cassettes and cascades revolving the conveying good ensuring that all dead spots and large surfaces are cleaned out from the fines.
The Vibratory Screen delivers to an electromagnetic drum MD built by one of interVIB’s trustful sub-supplier. The fines are collected underneath the screen onto an incline belt conveyor GFB. An Overbelt Magnet MA takes out ferrous material from the fines and returns this to the melt material. The non-ferrous material falls down between the Screen and the Magnetic Drum onto a very robust collecting Vibratory Trough Conveyor TCV. The robust design including bolted in wear plates ensuring that material up to 100 kg can fall onto this equipment and is transferred to another incline belt conveyor GFB with chevron surface.
At all locations wherever conveying good is falling or gets thrown, a special water atomization fogging equipment is installed. This is a two-substance system consisting of air and water built by Nebolex Umwelttechnik GmbH and is integrated into the control cabinet operating only when material is present. This is a very environmental friendly dust binding installation saving resources.
